Katie is an amazing trainer! I gained a lot of weight during the pandemic and it really affected my self-esteem. When I first started working out with Katie, she took her time to explain the best types of workouts for my body and really helped me ease in to a workout and diet plan.

It’s been 1 year and I’ve dropped 3 dress sizes and I can now wear my pre-pandemic clothes! Seriously, look no further for a trainer who not only helps you look your best, but also feel and be your best!

Katie has been a godsend for me. After gaining 80+ lbs in the last few years, the thought of working out with a personal trainer was intimidating and a little scary, but I took the plunge with Katie and I am so glad I did! Katie has been an ideal match for me and my goals - she pushes me, but in a supportive way - she seems to know instinctively how much I can handle.

After a few weeks I felt results physically and also with my confidence. Katie keeps the workouts interesting, fresh and impactful and I actually look forward to them! In case it’s not clear, I cannot recommend Katie highly enough - if you want to work with someone who cares about you and your goals, you can’t go wrong with Katie.

Katie is a wonderful trainer, and I enthusiastically recommend her. I was looking for support to maintain general health and fitness -- as well as manage some chronic conditions. She did such a good job putting together a program for me.

She would come into each session with a game plan, and was willing to adjust based on my conditions that day. Some days we'd up the workout. Other days it was all I could manage to do stretches. Regardless, she was focused on my needs and making our time productive -- and fun!

Katie meets you where you are at, physically, without judgement and pushes you to achieve without making it seem impossible. She listens to any concerns and helps adjust the workout to any limitations, while helping you to achieve overall fitness.

I do not consider myself an active person (I love sitting and reading a book), but Katie gets me moving and feeling better about myself. I’m happy to have found Katie and trust her to help me become a healthier me !

I have been working with Katie as my trainer for 1 1/2 years. The reason I chose her was because she had experience with older people and people who have had surgeries. I have had two total hip replacements. Katie worked with me before and after my second surgery.

She did an amazing job getting me stronger while working within my limits. Katie has creative workouts that are good for my recovery and are also fun. I highly recommend Katie as a trainer!

I found Katie at a rough time in my life. I was about to turn 70 years old and had just lost my husband of 50 years a few months before. I was a caregiver for 6 years, so I had neglected my health; I had gained weight, lost strength in my muscles and my balance was quickly going downhill. I'll be honest, Katie took on a lot when she signed me up, but I found out quickly she was definitely up to the challenge and more. I have been working with Katie since Aug of 2021 to improve my health.

Katie changes up my workouts to keep them interesting so that I don't get bored. I like that. She challenges me at every workout and makes me want to try harder. In the past, I never enjoyed exercising, so at the beginning every exercise she had me do was hard, but they got easier the more I worked out Today, my balance is much better and so are my legs and arms. I am so much stronger in body and mind. I'm a much happier person.

Katie has helped me so much in such a short time. Lastly, Katie is a very dedicated, motivational and upbeat person, who makes you believe you can do anything you set your mind to.
